This fleur de sel with Turmeric and Bergamot is ideal for finishing dishes and enhancing flavors with an exotic touch. Due to its intensity as a seasoning, it should be used in moderation.

The colour, the delicacy, the flavour, the harmony, the textures, the precision. Everything is meticulously considered in the cakes by Juliana Penteado- you need only look at them in our shop window. But despite the sophisticated appearance of her sweets, Juliana Penteado likes to see her creations as the fruit of baking from the heart, made with passion and a great deal of sensitivity towards all that is good and beautiful.

Fleur de sel, Turmeric, Bergamot essential oil and Edible flower.
