Made with Alentejo wheat flour stone-ground in traditional mills, they have a light and buttery texture, with caramelized, crispy edges and a moist, fluffy interior. Flavoured with natural Madagascan vanilla and a subtle citrus touch of lemon and orange zest, they gain even greater depth from the colour and delicacy of turmeric.
